I started the Sisterhood piece on Tuesday and wanted to post after a little bit of stitching with my color choices. Well, I got carried away and got a little more done than I had initially wanted to. Oh well, here she is so far.
Well, you didn't expect anything other than purple, did you? LOL! This is a very fun project. I am stitching it on 40ct. (over 2) with DMC and GAST Hyacinth. I changed the pattern a little and stitched my initials inside the hoop. The mouth I'm not too sure about, this is how it is graphed. I also am struggling a little on a color for the lettering, but I will get it.
Hopefully I will be done fairly soon and will be having a drawing for the next lucky person.

You have made a great start on the Sisterhood. I love that you put your own touch on it.
Love your changes to the Sisterhood and great start. I look forward to watching your progress...and, have to honestly admit, can't wait to sign up for the chance of it to come and visit me in California. Speaking of visiting, I will be coming to MN in 2 weeks for a hockey tournament my older son is playing in. It will be fun to "come home" and play hockey in the State of Hockey!
Take care,
Lisa
Wonderful progress, Jill! Clever to add your initals!
A great start Jill. I loved that you put your initials on her stitching! I so want to join the sisterhood - I keep trying to entice her to visit with me but she's avoided it so far!
Jill, loving your Sisterhood color changes! Can't wait for my turn!
