Patriotic Fair Squares

I received my Patriotic Exchange from Patti K. yesterday. They are just beautiful! Patti said she composed it from 2 different freebies. One from Stitchy Kitty and one from Erica Michaels. The little flag is stitched over one. It is so cute!


She also sent me a skein each of red, white and blue floss, which the white happens to be B5200 and I am out of that color and Joann's was out when I went the other day. I also got 2 differnet kinds of cotton fabric, some patriotic garland, a patriotic magnet and a Peacock cross stitch pattern. I love it all!

My Patriotic Squares Were Received!

I just found out that Patti K. received her Fair & Square Patriotic Exchange that I sent.


The design I stitched is an old Little House Needleworks pattern. It was very fun.

I also did some fabric dyeing with my good friend, Mama Joan, yesterday. You can see our results and read about our extravaganza on her blog. It was very fun and I love my new dyed fabrics!
