Lo, How A Rose

"Lo, How A Rose"
A Cross-Stitch Christmas: Celebrations in Stitches
(Better Homes and Gardens)
32ct. home tea-dyed linen
DMC as charted
Date Stitching Started: 2/10/2011
Date Stitching Finished: 2/21/2011
Date Finished Completely: 2/28/2011

I did have another finished but it was for the HoE Red Exchange. Once I hear it was received I will share it.

Have you seen this?
I saw this over on Nina's blog. I am trying to stitch from my stash and have been very good, but I might have to cave in to this. I really like it. Plus, it is available in a pdf! Which makes it cheaper and faster!

That's it for now, thanks for visiting and happy stitching!

What a beautiful piece - love the colors and the style. I saw that Jardin Prive sampler on Nina's blog and couldn't resist - I downloaded last week and I'm trying to decide what fabric to use. So many pretty pieces I want to stitch -

Your framed piece is just beautiful Jill!!! I absolutely love it.... I, like you and others, have been resisting overloading on purchases in 2011...But, I agree, it is getting tougher and tougher... Jardin Prive has come up with a total winner!! Hope you go for it!, Faye

Beautiful finish! Love the colors. I am also trying to stitchfrom my stash. I did have a couple of GC's that allowed me some stash. It's hard not to go crazy.
