There is a traveling pattern that started in 2007. It's called The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pattern and it works like this. Each sister receives the pattern, stitches it and offers the pattern up on her blog to travel to the next sister. I have been trying to get her for sometime now. Sharon (Daffycat) had her last and when she was finished she had a drawing and my name was drawn! I was so excited when she e-mailed me last Sunday. Ms. Sisterhood arrived safely today and hopefully I will get her stitched very soon.
I, too, will have a drawing for the pattern after I stitch 'er up!
I can't wait to get it started!

Welcome, Jill!! You'll love being part of the Sisterhood! Can't wait to see your first stitches...
Congratulations on becoming a part of the sisterhood. It is such a wonderful idea to let a pattern travel all over the world. I will keep an eye on the next drawing.

Hello...It sounds like you are really excited to start your new "prize" traveling chart. Congrats!! I actually have this pattern in my stash....someday I will get to her. Are you changing any colors or are you keeping with the original ones called for in the pattern? Have fun stitching, I'll keep my eyes on your progress.
Congratulations Jill. I've entered every draw for this pattern and will do so again when you have your draw. I do want to be part of the Sisterhood and I am sure she would love to visit the UK very soon!
Isn't this on Joan's wall in her stitching room? It's a great pattern!
