Merry Christmas to Jayne N.

I just found out that Jayne N. received my Christmas Ornament exchange from the HoE. The ornament I stitched is a Lizzie Kate design called "Joy To The World". I changed it up a bit by adding a few buttons and making it more of a square.


The ornament is stitched on 32ct. Dark teal Belfast linen with DMC floss, DMC variations and Whisper.

I also sent Jayne a thread counter, some Christmasy buttons, some floss bobbins with a large ring and the Holiday Collection of DMC Floss.

HoE Christmas Ornament Exchange Received

I received a beautiful Christmas Ornament exchange from Suzanne today. She stitched a Cat's Whiskers Studio design from the 2007 Just Cross Stitch ornament issue. It is beautiful. I thought the hanger was quite clever.




Suzanne also sent me 2 skeins of my favorite DMC Variations, some ribbon and a fat quarter that match, a very cute white cotton bag that the ornie was in and a postcard from Sydney, Australia.
