Just Had to Share...

My mom has been going through my dad's belongings and I have learned something very interesting.

This obsession that I seem to have with scissors is NOT a sickness. It seems that I inherited it from my FATHER!


This is just a portion of the scissors that she came across. She had already given some to a couple of my siblings.

Whew! What a relief to learn this.

It has already been 1 week since my dad passed away and I still can't believe it. I miss him terribly but it is comforting that he is out of pain, in a better place and at peace.

Whether you left a comment, sent an e-mail, mailed a card, said a prayer or just thought about me--I thank you kindly. I only know most of you through this blogging world, yet you made me feel like family. I would love to give each and everyone of you a big hug!

Tomorrow I return to work after being off for almost 2 weeks. It will be hard but with the holiday this week, I only will have to work for 3 days this week. I need to get back to some kind of a routine. It will never be like it was but I must carry on.
