A Productive Weekend

I accomplished all that I wanted to this weekend and it isn't over yet!

Yesterday I finished Part 5 of the Isa Vautier SAL.

Good thing, 'cause Part 6 came out Friday--a week early. Now the pressure is on to completely finish this piece.

Carolyn had a giveaway and I won! It is called "Flower of Courage". It came in the mail yesterday.

She also included this necklace.

Since I hadn't decided on a pink stitch for October yet, I stitched it up yesterday after I finished my Isa and did the finishing today.

There is a magnet inside so it can be used as a needle holder. I love it. This was really a super fun finish. Thank you Carolyn!

And, since today is Sunday, I did another Ackworth Friendship square. This is one of Chris'. Look closely, that little piece of thread is all I had left. I was sweatin' it out thinking I was going to run out!

Whew! That was too close!

Don't forget to check out Missy's 13 days of giveaways for Halloween. Today is day 7.

Thanks for visiting and thanks for all the wonderful comments. I appreciate all of them.

And whoa, that is cutting it close. Reminds of working with a LHN kit! So glad you made it.
