I participated in a Halloween Sweet Bag Exchange that was over on the Legacy Embroiderers Guild board. You had to stitch something Halloween related and then make a bag incorporating the stitched piece. And, of course, add some goodies in the bag.
Today, mine came in the mail from Gwen. The design she stitched is the Prairie Schooler Night Owl from the Just Cross Stitch Hallween magazine. She did a beautiful job making the bag, it even has a pocket on the front. I love it!
Gwen also included lots of goodies. I'm thinking she read my blog as there are a few things in here that I am crazy about! There is a folding ruler, lots of chocolates (yum!), marshmallow pumpkins, a glow-in-the dark PEZ, a pair of Halloween socks, some very fun Halloween buttons and some cute Halloween note cards that looks like maybe she made.
Thank you Gwen! This made my day!
