A Great Day/Night Just Got Better...

Yesterday, I went with my friend, MamaJoan, to our LNS (which really isn't too local as it is 45 minutes away), and then we went to her house to stitch, stitch, and stitch some more. I even stayed over night so we continued stitching this morning. Unfortunately she had to work her little part time job this afternoon. When my son came to pick me up, he brought me a package that came in the mail today for me.

It was my SBEBB ABC Exchange from Becky K. in Oklahoma. It is just gorgeous! I absolutely love it! It is a small pillow which I will be hanging in my stitching corner. I have wanted to stitch this but now I don't have to!

The finishing on this is just perfect and I love the color, too! Becky also sent me some DMC varations, a Blackbird Designs pattern "Flea Market" (which I cannot wait to stitch), that is from my wishlist, a journal, pad of paper and some chocolates (who doesn't love chocolate!).

Thank you so much Becky K, I love it all!

I also heard from Joanne yesterday that she received my To You From Me With X's Fob Exchange. We were to stitch a fob with a summer beach theme.

I stitched a Summer Fun fob which I found on the internet. It turned out pretty cute.

I also sent Joanne a summer pin cushion, some linen thread, a fun summer fabric and ribbon.

I love what you did with my Summer Fun pattern - Would you be willing to submit a photo of it for the Stitcher's Photo Album at About.com? If so, email me at crossstitch.guide@about.com and I will fill in the details.
