I Was Biscornu'd Today!

When my son brought the mail in today, he said I had a package. The return address on it was local and I could not imagine who this was from. Well to my surprise, one of my stitching friends had my name for the HOE Biscornu Exchange.

Cathy B. stitched me a beautiful biscornu that was a collaboration of Cat's Whiskers and Dinky Dyes for the 2007 Nashville Needlework Show. I just love it! She also sent me a mother of pearl thread winder, a notepad and My Precious Treasures pattern by Blue Ribbon Designs--I don't even know what to say except thank you so very much. How did she know I liked peacocks?

Well isn't that the super-sweetest package you've ever received?! I love it and from the talented Cathy B to boot!
Congrats ;)

Lovely biscornu you received and fun that it was from close to home.

But why on earth would anyone think you like peacocks???

What a lovely exchange! Wanna know a funny coincidence?? I have that pattern and considered stitching the peacock for the F&S, well now you have your very own copy and can stitch the entire set!!!

What a great exchange! When I put the names into the random assignment generator at random.org, I was tickled to see that Cathy got your name - so was she! Enjoy!!
